We want you to have your goodies as soon as possible so that you can enjoy them, love them and tell everyone about them. Every order is given the same tender loving care in packaging and handling. Orders placed by 2pm EST are shipped out the same day (excludes Saturday, Sunday and observed holidays) from Skippack, Pennsylvania.

If any item(s) are “pre-ordered”, your items will ship within the time specified.

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $60.00 shipped within the Continental US (sorry, free shipping is not applicable to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii) using SmartPost; a combination of FedEx and the USPS.  For orders under $60.00, shipping is only $10.00 no matter how many items ordered!   SmartPost delivery time is 3 – 8 days and includes Saturday delivery.  Need your order sooner?  We offer FedEx Home/Ground delivery for only $9.95!

The default shipping method is SmartPost.  Your shipping charges are based on the order total and shipping method selected.  You can verify your shipping charges during checkout BEFORE you enter your credit card information.

Make sure you give us a valid email address at the time you place your order, this is very important! Orders sent to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses are shipped via SmartPost.

After your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation which will include a tracking number and a link to FedEx to track your order.  In some cases it may take a day or two (if an item is shipped on a Sat or Sun) for the tracking number to show up on Federal Express tracking.

Inventory changes regularly. We try to update inventory every 24 hours. On rare occasions an item will run out before we have a chance to update the website. You will be notified via email or phone in the event any item in your order is backordered or no longer available.

If you would like to check the availability of an item before you order, please call the Wooden Duck Customer Service Department at 888/584-2163 between 9:30 am & 5:00 pm EST 7 days a week. If your item is not in stock, we can give you more information regarding estimated delivery times. We will notify you via email or phone if there will be such a delay.

When you place an order from the Wooden Duck, we will send you an email confirmation. The email includes your Wooden Duck Order Identification Number; please use this ID # on all correspondence with us. It is extremely important that you provide us with a current and correct email address so that you receive this important message.

Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) and International Orders

We ship via the US Postal Service (Priority Mail International) to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI) and International destinations based on the following flat rate pricing table:

  •  $0.00 to $49.99 – $30.00
  • $50.00 to $99.99 – $40.00
  • $100.00 to $149.99 – $50.00
  • $150.00 to $199.99 – $75.00
  • Over $200 – $90.00

For International orders, please check with your country’s Custom’s office to see if you will be responsible for additional import fees into your country from the USA.  The Wooden Duck cannot be held responsible for any custom fees incurred.
