Are all items on your site in new condition?

All items are direct from each manufacturer and have never been used as display samples.

Are all items in stock?

All items on the Wooden Duck Shop site are either in stock or can be pre-ordered. In the event that an item is out-of-stock you can request an in-stock email notification to notify you when the item comes back in stock. But please note that some items have been retired and cannot be ordered from the manufacturer any longer. Only those items that are in stock can be ordered. Occasionally, an error is made but we will do our best to get the item that you ordered. We will call you in the event that the ordered item is unavailable and suggest a substitution, or issue you a full refund.
The Wooden Duck offers items that can be pre-ordered that allows customers to purchase an item that is not available but will be at a future date that is clearly noted. When the pre-ordered item(s) comes into stock it will be immediately shipped to you.

Do you charge sales tax?

Residents outside the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax on purchases. Think about how much you can save! Orders from within Pennsylvania are charged 6% sales tax.

The Wooden Duck Shop offers a toll free number – (888) 584-2163 that you can use to place your order over the phone. Phone ordering hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST 7 days a week.

How do I know you received my Wooden Duck Shop order?

You’ll receive a sequence of messages from us:

An on-screen order confirmation immediately after you place your order
An order confirmation by email confirming order quantity, item description(s), total cost of your purchase including shipping fees and applicable sales tax, as well as your order number.
A final shipping confirmation (with tracking information) by email that will notify you that your order has been shipped

When will my order ship?

If your order is received by 4:45 pm EST (Monday – Friday) we will ship your order the same day the order is placed. Our shipping department takes great pride in a fast turnaround time, and will stop at nothing to keep you satisfied!
During the busy holiday season there may be a slight delay but we will do our best to ship your order ASAP. If the item(s) you ordered are unavailable, we will call you and let your know of other options. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time that your order ships that will allow you to track your order to delivery. In addition, it will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50.00 shipped within the Continental US (sorry, free shipping is not applicable to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii) using SmartPost; a combination of FedEx and the USPS. For orders under $50.00, shipping is only $10.00 no matter how many items ordered! SmartPost delivery time is 3 – 8 days and includes Saturday delivery. Need your order sooner? We offer FedEx Home/Ground delivery for only $6.95!

We ship via the US Postal Service (Priority Mail International) to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI) and International destinations based on the following flat rate pricing table:

$0 to $50 – $30.00
$50 to $99 – $40.00
$100 to $150 – $50.00
$151 to $199 – $60.00
Over $199 – $75.00
Please NOTE: We have no knowledge of other countries’ Custom Departments. Please check with your country’s Customs Office to see if you will be responsible for additional import fees into your country from the USA.
