Charles McClenning - The Mayor Size:  10" Height Artist:  Charles McClenning "The Mayor" of Halloween County does what any Mayor would do in the community.  When the Mayor walks out onto the steps of City Hall carrying his scepter, its officially Halloween season and time for all people in Halloween County to start getting ready for this long-awaited holiday they LOVE so much! The Mayor has a pumpkin head with the trademark candle flame eyes.  He is adorned with black feathers and top hat!
