Orders received by 12pm EST are processed and shipped the same day if the ordered items are in stock. If there is any delay, the Wooden Duck will contact you regarding your order. All orders received over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day. While your order is processing, you may see the “Processing” status on your Account.
