And why stop at sugar—this lidded enamel bowl is perfect for jam or sauces, or to hold anything from cotton balls to paper clips. The heavy-gauge steel underbody is glazed with hand-painted, color-dragged checks in a range of rosy hues, rimmed in bronzed stainless steel, and topped with a clear glass knob.
