Very unique architecture, a building you just want to keep turning to see all the details on each side. Stone work, crevices, doorways. Upper story has diamond cut windows.
Sign says best ales and Porters. Fence post finials and a bit of greenery in the window box complete the unique features. Title from "Our Mutual Friend", Charles Dickens, a fictional pub based on those he frequented and on which real pubs are named today. Fellowship porters were laborers who transported goods by carrying them – fish, fruit, salt, coal.
