Harvesting Progress

Orders received by 5pm EST are processed and shipped the same day if the ordered items are in stock. If there is any delay, the Wooden Duck will contact you regarding your order. All orders received over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day. While your order is processing, you may see the “Processing” status on your Account. At the time your order is shipped, this status will change to “Shipped” and you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will include a tracking number.

The shipping method selected during checkout determines when you will receive your order. Please note that for the free shipping method, FedEx Smartpost, the average shipping time is between 3 to 8 days. FedEx Ground is an average of 1 to 5 days. Other expedited shipping options are available when checking out.

Once the FedEx carrier picks up your order from our warehouse, they will make every attempt to deliver it within the timeframe selected in your ship method.
