Orders will ship within 3 days of receipt.

Of course, you are always welcome to call us at our toll free order line (888) 584-2163 (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm EST) to place your order. If we are not available to take your call leave a message, we will do our best to contact you within 24 hours.  Please be prepared to provide the item number(s) and description prior to calling us, it will expedite the ordering process.

Returns (For Damaged Items, please see below)

Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you would like to return an item for any reason, please call (610) 584-0124 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST) or send an email to info@woodenduckshoppe.com  within 20 days of purchase to let us know about it.
We cannot accept returns unless we have been contacted either by phone or email.
Returns must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, with a copy of the original invoice. (If your invoice has been misplaced or disposed of, please let us know and we will do our best to track down a copy.)

After receiving an acknowledgement from us, please enclose a copy of your original invoice and send it, along with your product(s) for return, via USPS, UPS or FedEx to:

Once we receive your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund to your original method of payment. We do not charge a re-stocking fee for returned merchandise. Please note that shipping will not be refunded on returns. Additionally, The Wooden Duck cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Exchanges

Important – please include a note with the exchange explaining the exchange and details on item(s) that you would like to exchange for.

Once we receive your merchandise for exchange, you will be sent the item you wanted to be exchanged. We do not charge a re-stocking fee for exchanged merchandise. Please note that shipping will not be refunded on exchanges.   Any difference in pricing will be refunded/charged to the original method of payment.

Additionally, The Wooden Duck Shop cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Damaged Shipments

Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If an item is damaged in shipping or it is defective, email us at info@woodenduckshoppe.com  or give us a call at (610) 584-0124 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST).

If you wish to have the damaged item replaced, we will send a replacement along with a return label.  Upon receipt of the replacement item, return the damaged item in the same packaging that the replacement came in and affix the return label to the box and take it your closest UPS store or call for pick-up.

If you wish not to replace the damaged product, we will email you a return label to affix to the box.  Please include a copy of the original invoice and any other pertinent information in the shipping box.  Upon receipt of the return we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Cancelled Orders

If you decide to cancel your order, please note that there is a standard 10% fee on cancelled orders. If the item has been already shipped, the carrier charges a return fee that the customer will be responsible for.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

In addition, we accept PayPal. PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing your order from The Wooden Duck Shop. It enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Plus, you’re 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will be then automatically directed to PayPal.com to complete your payment. Upon completion on the PayPal website, you will be redirected back to The Wooden Duck Shop.

Checks

We accept personal checks and money orders. (Merchandise will be shipped as soon as your personal check clears the bank.) To place an order, please phone (610) 584-0124 Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST).  If we are not available to take your call, we will return your call and take your order over the phone; calculate shipping costs and sales tax (if applicable); and issue you an order number.

Sales Tax

Since our business operates in the state of Pennsylvania, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders placed in Pennsylvania. The Wooden Duck Shop does not benefit from the collection of sales tax, and we remit all taxes collected directly to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.

The Pennsylvania sales tax amount (6.00%) will be displayed on the check-out section of our site for those orders originating in the state of Pennsylvania.

Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the use of your information is very important to us. That is why your email address, credit card details, phone number and other information are strictly guarded for privacy and will never be compromised.

Automatic information provided to us from you is done through cookies. Cookies are small alphanumeric identifier files that store information. They enable our system to recognize your browser and to provide important features that personalize our site to make your shopping faster and easier. (e.g., cookies store your cart information between your visits.)

You do not have to register at our site to place an order, but ordering is much simpler when you are registered. Choosing a login name and password will allow you to update your personal information at any time in the future. When you log on with your password, your name, address and other contact information will automatically be entered into the correct spaces of your order form.
